Manager to build strong relationships within a
group of 20 top investment banks by understanding
their business & supporting it with training
and dialogue with key users and contacts. You will
also identify opportunities to increase the
footprint of the M&A product and identify
issues work to rectify these. This will mean that
you also need to build strong relationships with
other departments such as sales, client relations,
development and IT. The person they seek must be
degree educated with an understanding of the
M&A arena. They must also have strong written

analytics. They now need someone to manage a small
team of researchers, liaising and building
relationships with the banks, maintaining data
quality standards and expanding data coverage
within the M&A arena. The successful candidate
will be responsible for ensuring that all M&A
transactions are accurately reflected on their
